BLANK CANVAS DINNER
An evening fueled by artistic expression and a flare to dare. Our guests entered as strangers but through dynamic programming left feeling interconnected.
The Annex and meet the edge creative directed an unforgettable experience centered around the genesis of any creative idea: a blank canvas. We leaned into this theme literally and metaphorically by empowering our guests to wear a white jumpsuit of their choosing. Each guest received a unique color paint based pen to illustrate their identity on others attire. This accomplished breaking the ice and allowed for creative expression. Upon kicking-off the catered dinner, guests were prompted to have their seatmates transcribe what was on their jumpsuit.
The Blank Canvas dinner also explored interconnectivity – we are all connected in one way or another. We encouraged guests to leave their mark on other attendees in conversation and artistic form through expression of one’s identity.
